User Ownership: All personal data, avatars, and interactions belong to the user first. Microtron AI is a steward, not an owner.
Sovereign Infrastructure: Verse MVOS is built to keep data independent of centralized exploitation — our architecture supports local-first processing, edge-device intelligence, and encrypted syncs.
Consent by Design: No personal or enterprise data is shared without explicit consent.
Transparency: Users will always know what data is collected, how it's used, and where it resides.
Right to Portability: Users may export their Versona, Verse AI interactions, or MVOS data at any time.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information necessary to deliver seamless experiences, categorized as follows:
Account & Identity Data:
- Name, email, Verse ID, and authentication details.
- Optional demographic data for personalization.
Usage Data:
- Logs of interactions in Verse Desktop, Verse Rooms, or Verse Social.
- AI queries, preferences, and configurations.
Versona & Avatar Data:
- Customization choices (appearance, voice, personality traits).
- Role-based configurations (assistant, enterprise simulation, personal twin).
Device & Wearables Data (Sensables, iView, ExoFlex, NoteBuds):
- Health metrics (when enabled).
- Communication metadata (not content).
- Location (when activated by the user).
Enterprise/Industrial Data (if applicable):
- BIM, CAD, or ERP integrations.
- Encrypted business workflows synced across Verse MVOS.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To Deliver Services: Power your Verse MVOS environment, run your Versona, and enable Verse AI tasks.
- To Improve Performance: Train models on anonymized and aggregated usage data only (opt-in required).
- To Protect Security: Monitor for unauthorized access, fraud, or breaches.
- To Personalize Experiences: Make your Versona adaptive to your needs, while remaining under your control.
4. How We Do Not Use Data
- We do not sell personal data to advertisers or third parties.
- We do not allow surveillance or backdoor access to Verse MVOS systems.
- We do not use private user data to train models without explicit opt-in consent.
5. Data Sovereignty & Storage
- Local First: Wherever possible, Verse AI and Versona process data on-device rather than cloud-first.
- Regional Sovereignty: Data is stored in the region of the user (US, EU, Africa, Asia, etc.), complying with local sovereignty and privacy laws.
- Encryption: End-to-end encryption for communication, identity, and wearables data.
- Separation of Concerns: Enterprise data is partitioned from personal Verse data, ensuring cross-contamination does not occur.
6. User Rights
You have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of your data.
- Correct: Update or fix errors in your Versona or account.
- Delete: Permanently erase data (including Versona profiles).
- Port: Export Versona and Verse MVOS history into an interoperable format.
- Restrict: Limit certain processing functions.
- Revoke Consent: Opt-out of data-sharing at any time.
7. Enterprise & Institutional Clients
Enterprise clients receive customized SLAs, sovereign data partitioning, and private Verse AI deployments.
Sensitive sectors (e.g., healthcare, defense, education, finance) benefit from air-gapped AI options, ensuring no external dependency.
8. Data Retention
- Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for service delivery.
- Versona profiles are preserved until the user requests deletion.
- Logs and backups are rotated and encrypted, with strict expiration windows.
9. Third-Party Access
Minimal and consent-based. Third-party integrations (e.g., productivity tools, ERP software, or health APIs) only access data required to function.
All third-party contracts must meet or exceed Verse MVOS Privacy Standards.
10. Security Practices
- End-to-end encryption (AES-256, TLS 1.3).
- Biometric security for wearables and Verse Rooms access.
- Continuous monitoring for intrusions or unusual behavior.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect product evolution or legal requirements. All changes will be communicated clearly through Verse MVOS.
