Privacy Policy

1. Who we are and what this covers

Verse Realm (verse-realm.app) is run by Microtron AI Inc., 4715 W Bay View, Tampa, FL 33614, USA ("we", "us"). We decide how your information is used, so under data-protection laws such as the GDPR we are the "controller" of it.

This policy covers Verse Realm's website, apps and APIs, including Verse AI, Verse Studio, Versonas, Verse Link, Verse Social, Workflows, Verse Desktop, Verse Vault, Verse Health, Versity and Verse Design. Our Terms of Service explain the rules for using them.

When a school, university or company gives you access to Verse Realm, it may have its own rules about your information. Where it decides how your information is used, it is responsible for that use, and you should contact it first.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Account: your name, username, e-mail address and password. We store passwords only as a one-way bcrypt hash, never as readable text. If you sign in with, or connect, a Google or Microsoft account, we receive its name, e-mail address and profile picture.
• Profile: what you choose to add, such as a photo, a bio, a phone number or an address.
• Your content: messages, posts, comments, files, prompts and AI conversations, Versona settings, 3D models and knowledge files, Studio uploads and creations, voice recordings you use to make a voice, workflows, whiteboards, designs, courses, and recordings you choose to make.
• Payments: our payment processor, Stripe, collects your card details. We never see or store your full card number or security code; we keep a record of each payment, the card's brand and its last four digits.
• Health information: only if you use Verse Health, such as records, medications, appointments and readings from devices you connect. Their names and details are encrypted when we store them.
• Messages to us: what you send when you contact support or report content.
• Requests for access: when you ask to use the Sovereign Globe, the name, organization, role, country or region and plans you enter. Our team reviews them to decide the request. We encrypt the name, organization, role and plans when we store them.
• Node proposals: when you send a proposal from the Sovereign Globe, your contact name and e-mail address, organization, the proposal itself, and the timeline and budget you give, together with the region you chose. Our team reads the proposal to reply to you, and it is e-mailed to them. We encrypt your contact details, the proposal, the timeline, the budget and our reply when we store them.

Information from services you connect

When you connect another service, such as Google, Microsoft, Slack or a health device, you give Verse Realm permission to use it for you. We store the sign-in tokens or keys it gives us, and we receive the data that service returns when a feature you use asks for it. Section 5 explains Google data in detail.

Information we collect automatically

• Logs: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages and features you request, and errors. We use them to run Verse Realm, keep it secure and fix problems.
• Usage and billing records: which AI features you used and what they cost in VXT, so you can see your charges and we can refund failures.
• Versona activity: the prompts a Versona received and the replies and steps it took, so you can review what your Versona did.

We don't use third-party advertising or analytics trackers on Verse Realm.

3. How we use information

• To provide Verse Realm: to run your account, show your content to the people you choose, run the AI features and workflows you ask for, and keep your settings.
• To bill you: to charge VXT and subscriptions, return VXT for failed requests, and prevent payment fraud.
• To keep Verse Realm safe: to protect accounts (for example by limiting repeated sign-in attempts), find and stop abuse, and enforce our Terms.
• To support you and improve Verse Realm: to answer your messages, and to understand which features work, using logs and aggregated counts.
• To meet legal duties: for example to keep financial records or respond to valid legal requests.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our legal bases are: performing our contract with you (running the features you use); our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, and improving Verse Realm, balanced against your rights); your consent (for example when you connect an account, make a voice or turn on optional features, which you can withdraw at any time); and legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, share it for targeted advertising, or use it to make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.

4. AI features and the providers that run them

Many Verse Realm features use AI: chat and research, Versonas, Studio, workflows and agents, tutors, translation and speech. When you use one, we send what that request needs, such as your prompt, the files you attach and the context the feature uses, to the AI that answers it:

• Verse AI and Versonas run on our own AI server, which uses large language model providers (for example Anthropic) to produce replies.
• Verse Studio uses the model you pick. Each model names its provider in Studio. Our providers include OpenAI, Google (Gemini), Kling, MiniMax, Alibaba (Wan), fal.ai, ElevenLabs and BytePlus.
• On-device AI: some features can run a model in your own browser instead. Then your request stays on your device.

These providers process your request to return a result, under their own terms and privacy policies, which we choose with care. Some keep requests for a limited time, for example to detect abuse.

We do not use your private content, your conversations or your connected-account data to train AI models.

AI output can be wrong. Our Terms explain more.

5. Google user data

Connecting your Google account to Verse Realm is optional. You choose when to connect it, and Google shows you each permission before you agree. This section explains how Verse Realm accesses, uses, stores, shares, protects and deletes the data it receives from Google ("Google user data").

When an AI is about to send or change email for you, it asks you first, unless you have set it to act on its own (Auto mode for your Versona, or a workflow you scheduled).
Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides and Forms	Opens, creates and updates your files and form responses when your workflows and agents work with them.
Google Calendar and Google Meet	Reads and creates calendar events and meetings, and reads meeting records, for you.
Google Analytics	Reads your reports in workflows you build. Read only.

How we use it

We use Google user data only to provide and improve the features you can see and use in Verse Realm, as described above. When you ask an AI feature to work with your email or files, such as summarising a message, we send the needed text to the AI that does the work (section 4), only to produce the result you asked for.

We do not:

• sell Google user data, or transfer it to advertising platforms, data brokers or other information resellers;
• use it for advertising, including personalised, retargeted or interest-based ads;
• use it to decide whether you are creditworthy, or for lending;
• use it, or data derived from it, to develop, improve or train generalized or non-personalized AI or machine-learning models. We do not retain user data obtained through Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve or train such models;
• let people read it, unless you ask us to (for example to help with a support request), it is needed for security (such as investigating abuse), it is needed to comply with the law, or it has been aggregated and anonymised for internal operations.

How we store and protect it

• The tokens Google gives us so Verse Realm can act for you are encrypted when we store them (AES-256-GCM) and are only decrypted in memory, while a feature you use is running.
• We don't keep copies of your mailbox or your files. We fetch what a feature needs when you use it.
• Some results stay where you keep them: a summary in your Verse AI conversation, a workflow's run history, or a Versona's activity record (kept 90 days). You can delete these.

How we share it

We share Google user data only with the providers that help us run the feature you asked for (such as the AI that writes a summary or our hosting provider), to comply with the law, or with your explicit consent. If Verse Realm is ever merged or sold, Google user data would only move with your explicit prior consent.

How to disconnect and delete it

• Disconnect: in Verse Realm, open Connector settings and disconnect Google. We delete the stored tokens and ask Google to revoke them. You can also remove Verse Realm's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• Delete: delete the conversations, workflow runs and other results you no longer want, or write to data@microtronai.com and we will delete the Google user data we hold about you within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it.

6. Voices, faces and likeness

Some Studio tools work with people's voices and faces: making a voice from recordings (Voice lab), changing a voice, dubbing a video into another language, lip-sync, and replacing or animating a character in a video.

• What we send: the recordings, photos and videos you upload go to the provider that runs the tool, only to produce your result. Making a voice sends your recordings to ElevenLabs, which creates the voice model.
• What we keep: files you upload to Studio's AI tools are deleted from our servers after 7 days; the results stay in your library until you delete them. A voice you make stays private to your account until you delete it.
• Biometric information: we don't create face or voice templates to identify people, and we never sell or share voice or face data for anyone else's use. If a law where you live treats a voice model or a face as biometric information, we use it only to make the result you ask for, and we delete it when you delete it or close your account.
• Consent: only use your own voice and face, or those of people who have agreed. Our Terms require it.

7. How we share information

• With the people you choose: your messages, posts, shared links, calls, rooms and published work are seen by the people you share them with. Public content can be seen by anyone, including in previews on other websites.
• With services you connect: when your workflow, agent or Versona acts on a connected service, it sends that service the data the action needs.
• With our service providers: companies that host and run Verse Realm for us, under contracts that limit their use of your information: Amazon Web Services (hosting), Stripe (payments), our e-mail delivery provider, the browser push services that deliver notifications, and the AI providers in section 4.
• With your school or organisation: if you use Verse Realm through a school, university or company, it can see the class, homework and team information it manages.
• For legal and safety reasons: when the law requires it, or to protect people from harm, to stop fraud or abuse, or to defend our rights. We report child sexual abuse material to the authorities.
• If our business changes hands: information may move to the new owner, who must respect this policy. Google user data needs your consent first (section 5).

8. How long we keep information

Deleted information can stay in our backups for a short time until they are replaced. We keep information longer only when the law requires it, or to resolve a dispute or investigate abuse.

9. How we protect information

• Every connection to Verse Realm uses HTTPS, and browsers are told to use it every time.
• Passwords are stored only as bcrypt hashes. Sign-in attempts are limited, and changing your password signs out your other sessions.
• Credentials and tokens for connected services, developer API secrets, Verse Vault files, the names and details of Verse Health records, medications, labs and appointments, and the phone number and address on your profile are encrypted when we store them (AES-256-GCM).
• Verse Link rooms can use end-to-end encryption, so only the people in the room can read the messages.
• Access to our systems is limited to the people who need it.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your information, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

10. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:

• access your information, or get a copy in a format you can take elsewhere;
• correct it;
• delete it, or close your account;
• restrict or object to how we use it;
• withdraw consent you gave, such as for a connected account (disconnecting it is enough).

Write to data@microtronai.com from the e-mail address on your account. We may ask you to confirm it's you. We answer within 30 days, or sooner if the law requires. If we can't do what you ask, we'll say why, and you can appeal by replying. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.

You can change most information yourself in your profile and settings, and delete content where you made it.

11. California residents

In the last 12 months we collected these categories of personal information, for the purposes in section 3: identifiers (name, e-mail, IP address); customer records (payment records); commercial information (purchases and VXT use); internet activity (logs and usage); audio and visual information (recordings, photos and videos you upload); and the content of your messages and files.

Some of this is "sensitive personal information": your account sign-in, the content of your e-mail and messages, and health information. We use it only to provide the services you ask for and as the law allows, not to infer things about you, so we don't offer a "limit" option.

We don't sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We won't treat you differently for using your rights.

12. Children

Verse Realm is not for children under 13, and some features, including Verse Studio's AI generation, voice and likeness tools, are only for people 18 or older (see our Terms). We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.

13. International transfers

We are based in the United States and store your information there. Our service providers may process it in other countries. When we move information out of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we use the safeguards the law requires, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

14. Cookies and browser storage

We don't use advertising or analytics cookies. Verse Realm uses your browser's storage to keep you signed in during a session and to remember settings, such as your theme or your Studio layout. Stripe uses its own cookies on its checkout pages. If your school connects Verse Realm to its learning system, sign-in cookies are used to link your accounts. You can clear browser storage at any time; you'll then need to sign in again.

15. Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we tell you before it takes effect, by e-mail or in Verse Realm. We won't use Google user data in a new way without asking for your consent first.
